After all, Christ Jesus is Superior to the Church and God is Superior to the Christ. Scripture says that THE FATHER is greater than The Son. (John 14:28) Maybe Handyman has a point in the order of these things. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. (1 Timothy 2:14) Post Reply

For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. (Ephesians 5:23) But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. (1 Corinthians 11:3) Is Handyman far off in what he claims? and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. (Colossians 2:10) What are your comments? Posted : 14 Oct, 2024 03:13 PM One reoccurring theme throughout the Bible are hierarchy's. You have God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, man, women, children and animals. And then you had Kings, Queens and other various people in the kingdom. The military's had and and still have a hierarchy make up. Businesses and corporations have them. All through history and even today there are people subject to superiors. There is one thing that women of today should excel at above men and that should be submissiveness. But again that's something men also do better. Most men understand that their are men that are in charge. Some of these men may have been handed that power while others earned it through hard work and possibly talent. Nevertheless us men will follow their lead no matter how it came about simply because we understand our place. But many modern women want to jump the line and be handed power without earning it simply because they think they're equal and have been held back by men with whom they claim to be equal to. But and this is a big but. If they were equal to men all through time. Why didn't they work themselves into the same places that men did? They had lifetimes to do it. So why not? Post Reply

Posted : 31 Oct, 2024 05:32 PM EVEN IF men are superior to women, this is not going to last long. It's only while we're on the earth. In heaven, there will not be a distinction between men and women. We will all be like the angels of God. It will be impossible to tell the difference. Now, we will probably remember whether we were men or women on the earth, but that won't matter up there. As far as value, rank, and authority, there won't be a distinction between sexes. However, we might be different based on what we have done on earth, because Jesus said that even if we give a cup of water, we will not lose our reward. So, we will be rewarded. Some people will have more rewards than others. Some people will be at a higher rank than others, but it will have nothing to do with gender. Imainge realizing that a woman will be superior to a man in heaven. It can happen! So, I think, we need to remember that first of all, our value comes from the fact that Jesus paid a price for all of us. He died for women too. He paid the same price for women and men. So, our value is equal. According to the book of Revelation, we are kings and priests to God. Jesus said that whoever says to this mountain be removed and fall into the sea... Remember that verse? He didn't say "Any man that says to this mountain..." He said "WHOEVER" which means women can have greater faith than men. It is possible that a woman can command evil spirits to leave and they obey. It is possible that women can command cancer to be healed, and it gets healed at her command. Why? Because our spiritual authority is not vested in gender. It is tied to our faith. And women can have faith just as men. In fact, women can have greater faith. There is no reason why they can't have faith or greater faith. There is no limit in the Bible that says women can't have miracle-working faith. And then of course, in our culture now women can drive. They can attend university. They can vote. And they can do a lot of things that were impossible or illegal thousands of years ago. So, we have come a long way... But I just want to remind you all that our life on earth is short and eternity is very long, and once we are in eternity, there will be no genders and gender differences. The only difference we have here on earth is that women can give birth and men are supposed to be the head in a marriage, but that's all. And that's not going to last forever. So, men, enjoy your leadership roles now, because that's not going to last forever. Post Reply
