Are we in the "Last Days"? Not according to the word of God

Joel 2:28
“And it shall come to pass afterward
THAT I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
Acts 2:16-17
But THIS IS(in the first century) what was SPOKEN BY THE PROPHET JOEL:
'And it shall come to pass IN THE LAST DAYS, says God, THAT I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.
Thank you Lord for showing me that we are not in the last days, that we are not in the "end times", that there is no future great tribulation, no future rapture and no "end times" destruction of the Universe.

In the new heavens and new earth, Scripture says, there are seven things notable for their absence—seven things that are “no more”:
• no more sea (Revelation 21:1)In the Old Testament, the raging sea serves as an image of a restless and rebellious world laden with sin. For example, Isaiah says:
"But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
'There is no peace,' says my God, 'for the wicked.'”
(Isa. 57:20–21; see also Isa. 8:7, 11:15, 17:12)
We’ve all no doubt heard the saying, “There is no rest for the wicked.” This is where it comes from. Sinners have no rest. They are like the raging sea. Yet Jesus has overcome sin, so those who put their faith in him have rest. In other words, in Christ there is “no more sea.”
Here’s a slightly different take on Revelation’s “no more sea” passage. In Old Testament times, Gentiles were compared to turbulent
waters such as the sea, rivers, rushing waters, and so on. For example, Isaiah 8:7 portrays the king of Assyria as “the waters of the river,
strong and mighty.” Likewise, Daniel 7 describes four beasts coming up out of the sea to devour Israel, which most scholars agree represent
the Gentile empires of the Babylonians, Medo-Persians, Greeks, and Romans. In fact, the last of these sea beasts, the Roman Empire, was
still devouring Israel when Revelation was written (Rev. 13:2). Why were Gentiles often portrayed as raging water? Because they did not know God, and thus, they were unstable, inconsistent, unpredictable, and restless—just like the sea. On the other hand, Israel was steady
and stable—as land—as a result of knowing and obeying God. (Although in times of disobedience, God brought great earthquakes upon the land). Therefore, when Revelation describes “no more sea in the new heaven and earth,” it refers to a time when Gentiles around the world would come to Israel’s God and become land, as it were…until there is no more sea.
• no more death (Revelation 21:4) NO MORE SPIRTUAL DEATH. PHYSICAL DEATH WILL ALWAYS EXIST. See Isaiah 65 vs 17 and 20 where in the New Heaven and Earth there will be people who die physically.
• no more mourning (Revelation 21:4)
• no more weeping (Revelation 21:4)
• no more pain (Revelation 21:4)
• no more curse (Revelation 22:3
THE ABOVE REFERS TO THE PASSING AWAY OF THE LAW OF MOSES WHICH CAUSED MOURNING WEEPING PAIN AND A CURSE. WE ARE RELEASED FROM THE >>>CURSE OF THE LAW<<<<
WHEN THE LAW PASSED AWAY IN 70AD WE ENTERED THE NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH.
• no more night (Revelation 22:5)5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.
NIGHT OR DARKENESS REPRESENTS NO KNOWELEDGE OF THE GOSPEL. WE NOW WALK IN THE >>>LIGHT OF THE GOSPEL and the word of God is our light<<< IT'S NOT LITERAL.

dom
the Bible points out that the antichrist is a physical literal person
here are a couple of examples
Daniel 11:37
Christian Standard Bible
He will not show regard for the gods of his ancestors, the god desired by women, or for any other god, because he will magnify himself above all
Daniel 11:21
Christian Standard Bible
“In his place a despised person will arise; royal honors will not be given to him, but he will come during a time of peace and seize the kingdom by intrigue
🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷 But if you want to allegorize everything you can make the square peg fit in the round hole

"WHEN THE LAW PASSED AWAY IN 70AD WE ENTERED THE NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH."
Okay. Time out! The law did not pass away. Where did you find that in the Bible? That is pure heresy.
"no more night (Revelation 22:5) NIGHT OR DARKENESS REPRESENTS NO KNOWELEDGE OF THE GOSPEL."
So, who are you to change the meaning of words in the Bible? If you just take a sentence like for example, let's look at the Ten Commandments where it says, "DO NOT TAKE THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN." And you might say, "This commandment actually refers to "I am", the name of God the Father, because that's His name. But we can say, "Jesus Christ" as a cuss word, because that's not God's name. Right? "I AM" is God's name, therefore we cannot say those words. If someone asks you what's your name, you are to say "My name is Tony." Never say, "I am Tony," because you're using God's name in vain then. See? I just showed you what you're doing. You're taking Scripture, and you are giving brand new meaning to it. You are redefining original words to mean something totally different. If you allow yourself to have the freedom to turn a verse to anything you want, then why even read the Bible? You might as well toss it out and write your own holy book that contains your own rules, because that's what you're doing essentially. There are no standards. You can redefine anything or change any verse to mean anything you want. Why even debate if there are no rules?

What Handyman said:
Silver761 who in our modern society is doing the exact same thing to try and remake the world? They call themselves progressives or liberals. Dm_64 appears to be cut from the same cloth. It's likely she has been sent to help destroy the Church from within. Not that she needs to since the Church has been imploding from others like her who are already in Churches doing Satan's work. But they are more subtle as were most progressives until recently. Now they have been emboldened and are blatantly showing their true colors.

ROTFL....Wow the truth cuts like a knife doesn't it. You must be gnashing your teeth. What a wicked accuser of the Brethren!
Good luck waiting for your "rapture", you'll be waiting a very, very long time.
