We both came together on January 31st. When we first met we knew that God had led us together for a reason, but had no idea we would be together in a relationship. We started chatting and talked for 4 hours. We have been talking for that length of time or more every night since. On February 2nd we both confirmed that God was leading this relationship, and are now engaged to get married.

Joe: for five years I have been praying for a wife. I kept knocking on God's door, until He would answer. Tammy: I had given up on other secular sites and had vowed to God that I would no long thrust myself out into the "dating" world. I had one last look at Joe1972's profile and left any other movement in my life up to God. Just a few days later, Joe sent me a note and a wink.
We talked the first day for several hours. It wasnt very long before we realized that we had a common heart in our love for Christ. And, shortly after that, we realized that God had actually made us soulmates! To keep this brief, we would Thank Christ for bringing us together and CDFF for being the format or tool that God used to open the door for our life long committment to each other. We will be getting married within the year and we know that God is the center of it all!

I've tried other dating sites but to actually talk to someone or email them I would have to pay money and I didn't think I should have to pay just to find that special someone! Well my roommate told me about Christiandatingforfree.com and she said since I believe in God that I needed someone who believed like I did and had the values! I've been on this site prob. for about 3mths four at the most and it was in January around the middle of it that I started talking to someone, I've talked to others but they were'nt what I wanted and didn't have the same values that I have plus I have a daughter and someone will have to love her just as much as I do! Well like I said me and him started talking for a few days and in a week we both new we wanted to get married and thats what were working on now, and I can't believed that prayer and alot of soul searching and patience wore off! I know now with all my heart that God gives you what he wants in HIS time not yours and I'm so glad that I waited and listened to him and I wanted to thank this site because you didn't charge me fees that help guided me to find the love of my life and I love this site!

I met Geary on Christian Dating at the end of 2009, I had a note telling me that I had a message from a gentleman that I had been corresponding with as just Penpals. We had decided that we would just remain friends. So I got on the site to see how my friend was fairing and for some reason, which I think was Godly intervention, Gearys picture came up on the page instead of my correspondence page. So I told my sisters "wow, look at this". I was startled at the draw his face created in my heart. My God said " this is the One".

So I wrote and we started corresponding and I decided to take him up on the offer of a meeting in Alaska where he is from, a long way from my California home. We met and I never went home, I have found the Godly man that I was meant to be with. He is a Doctor and a Minister, I have been in the medical field for many years.

I stayed in a upstairs room until the wedding which was on 12/12/09. Just a few months from me seeing him and writing. So now we share the same God and Love.
Thank you for your help after I had given up on ever meeting a new love or being married again, after 18 years alone.

I wanted to pay a few good words of encouragement and thankfullness to a current soldier serving in The U.S Army. Being prior Navy, I thought I would just say how much I appreciated his service. To make a long story short, we started conversing through this web site, then e-mail and finally through texts. We are so blessed to have found oneanother! Great minds think alike...We have met in person, and yes he is who he says he is! I confirmed his dog tags...lol We are very much in love and we will be staying in contact while he serves in Afganistan for the next year...Navy nurse falls in love with Army soldier! So don't be afraid to compliment someone, it just might be your soulmate! I wish all of you the same luck I have had...Praying for God's best for you is certainly the way to go...
