I feel like a MILLION bucks. I am full of joy. I just took part in my first Seder, Passover dinner.

There is something powerful about it. Yes, it is a Jewish tradition, but I believe non-Jewish people, Christians, whomever, everybody and their mama should participate in this feast. There are certain blessings that accompany honoring this day. Just like honoring the Sabbath.

So.....

Did any of you guys honor Passover this year? Have any of you been honoring Passover in years past? If so, please share what have been some of the blessings and benefits of participating in this feast of God. ??????

Thanks in advance for your wonderful responses!

"why is this night different from all other nights?"

One if the most important questions ever asked.

This feast is only one, of a few that God instituted that his chosen people would never forget what God has done.

I keep the all feasts of the old covenant, and the blessing is in knowing them as types and shadows that later are found fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ, or Yashua HaMassiach

1 Corinthians 5:7 tells us Jesus became our Passover Lamb

As did John the Baptist... when he saw Jesus, he yelled:

Behold, The lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world"

As of last year, I've been honoring them, too. I'm glad my Pastor is being obedient and following the direction God's taking Him in. I can't believe I didn't really know about the Feasts and the need to honor them.

Once again, thanks for your respnose!

I did with my family! We have been celebrating the feasts for many years. This year we also had my brothers in-laws and another family. It was a very nice time with great food and fellowship!

DoulaDe, congrats! That's so awesome. I wish more believers knew and cared to honor the Feasts.
