bcpianogal View Profile History	Plans? Posted : 18 Apr, 2011 06:35 PM This year I guess I'm not doing anything much for Easter. I might go to a Good Friday service, though I'm not sure I'll get to. On Sunday, I'm going to church with my mom and sisters rather than going to my usual church. That's THE most important part about Easter, of course: remembering Christ's resurrection and giving Him honor, praise, and thanks! Other than that, I assume my sister's boyfriend will join us for lunch as usual, and probably stay all afternoon and evening. There aren't any young kids in the family anymore, so there's no Easter Egg hiding and hunting to be done. I think I shall stop by the store and see if I can pick up some Cadbury caramel eggs and some Robin's Eggs, though...maybe some Jolly Rancher jelly beans, too! Those are my favorite Easter candies!!! If "Ben-Hur" comes on TV, I'll try to watch it...that used to be an Easter "tradition" in my family, but we haven't kept up with it the past few years! Post Reply

Posted : 19 Apr, 2011 01:19 PM I may going to church Good Friday,but whether or not I'll be making it God-Willing Sunday.Usually,we in the Caribbean don't do Easter egg hints,but some most of us love to paint eggs & have a Easter Bonnet Parade which is the ladies wearing a wide variety of big hats on the following week of Easter.@BCP,I tried those Cadbury chocolate eggs last month,those taste good!
