Posted : 18 Mar, 2011 09:53 AM We've all been there, we glimpse an old television show that reminds us of our childhood, or perhaps our parent's childhood, and they passed the memories down to us for us to watch. Maybe catch something on TV land. What is your favorite television show? I have fond memories of Sesame Street, of course mostly the re-runs! I like Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. (Yes.) The Shari Lewis show, and other old favorites. Magnum P.I. and a lot of 90s cartoons. Does anyone remember The Incredible Hulk series with Bill Bixby, and Lou Ferrigno? What would you allow your children to watch on television? Are you okay with letting them watch television as it is today? Post Reply

Quite before my time, sadly, I don't know many of them, I've heard most about Route 66. And Chevy, I love Andy Griffith and I Love Lucy. Really good television shows from back then. Post Reply

Posted : 21 Mar, 2011 05:37 AM I love I Love Lucy... specifically the ones with Carol Burnett and where she learns how to bathe a baby (those are the ones I remember) The Carol Burnett Show (Carol and Lucy are by far my favorite comediennes!) My mom got me hooked on Hee-Haw, but I haven't seen it in ages. My dad used to make me watch MASH as punishment, but I never told him I liked it because he would've changed the punishment. Just about any of the old Disney and Nickelodeon shows from the 90s My brother and I would watch "forbidden" shows like Married With Children, Celebrity Death Match, and Rocko's Modern Life Post Reply
