As far as I know, he did not even share what denomination he is. However I do know from his posts and actions on this forum, he is a man who Loves Jesus! He has shown more love for others and had more of a unifying effect than anyone I have seen on these forums. I suspect due to the nature of the forums, if one is going to show/live the love of Jesus here, you need to stay close to Jesus and filled up on His love before you are able to share it, at times these forums can become quite draining. I recently took a week off from them when I felt the flesh starting go express itself. I am sure Chevy is doing fine under the arm of Jesus. However, if you are reading this, I would like to encourage you to take a minute at the end of this post and pray for Chevy and others like him who you see doing the work of the Father, they need your prayers, because they are not a unlimited source you can draw from, people like him need to draw from God to have enough to share. We also need to be in prayer for those who share a different Gospel. Although they may help us define our beliefs, encourage us to study and give us a opprotunity to 'practice' Grace, they can be a drain on us spiritually and need our prayers that God open their eyes to the truth or send them on their way. Eph 6:12 ~ "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against......the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Post Reply

It's sad that Calvanists are so IN YOUR FACE in the Biblical section folks don't feel comfortable posting there anymore. I know you and chevy both are Right where God wants you to be and I am sincerely praying for you both as well as those who continue to cause strife and confusion in the Body of Christ. While we have great discussions here about the things of God and issues that Christians face, we have to be careful not to let this consume our lives and take away from our personal time with God.
