If we were to do a week long fitness challenge, would you be interested?



Say take a walk everyday, or drink 8 glasses of water a day?

I go to the YMCA after work 3 times a week, MWF.



I'm going to push myself a bit more this year and try to go 5 times a week, and swim laps on T/TH.



I tried last week to go all 5 days and just couldn't do it. The old bones were telling me to stop. So I only went 4 times.



That's my humble effort to keep whatever fitness I have. Being alone gives me a bit more time to do this stuff, although I surely do miss having someone to do it with .. sigh ..
