Concealed CarryPosted : 20 Nov, 2010 02:26 PMPer Twosparrows' wish for more manly conversation, what would you buy if you were looking for a handgun to use for concealed carry? |

Concealed CarryPosted : 20 Nov, 2010 03:36 PMSigs are sweet guns made by people who take pride in their work. I knew they made a 9 and a 45 but the 40 is news to me. I agree about the 40 as I think the 45 might have to much kick for a smaller lighter gun buy never have shot one do idk. I just finished a ccw class but still need finish filling on the application. No guarantees, this is calif...lol. I have decided on a Ruger SP-101 for a winter and truck gun. But need to find something I like that is smaller, lighter and easier to conceal for summer. I like larger caliber revolvers but for a summer gun I think there is mo choice except a auto. |

Concealed CarryPosted : 20 Nov, 2010 08:57 PMWell, I have a Ruger for use when carrying concealed. However, I must confess the favorite is my old shotgun. There is just something so satisfying about that noise when the house is being broken in to. |

Concealed CarryPosted : 21 Nov, 2010 12:08 PMI used to get indignant, but now only slightly irritated by the attempts of some to stifle & control others up in this piece. |

Concealed CarryPosted : 21 Nov, 2010 12:11 PMI would get a .45 Colt 1911. I just like the "thinness" of the gun, and...it looks really cool. Right now I have a highpoint 9mm handgun, but no concealed carry yet. |
