Does a man feel threatened by an educated woman? I am not necessarily speaking in just the book-sense but also a self taught woman. Does this type of woman fit into the a man's perspective of a biblical mate?

Speaking for myself, NOT AT ALL ! As a matter of fact,I may feel a little threatened by just the opposite. Whether it be in book-learning or spiritually, I believe our partner should be able to stand Beside us------- not in front and not behind.

ha, yeah kinda. A chic with a, or on her way to a, PHD really intimidates me.

Well, as for me, I like a woman to be educated and smart, I think it's alluring. It shows determination, and self motivation. I wasted most of my life partying, etc and now I wish I had gone to college and made better choices.

Oh dear, I hope I don't intimidate guys. I've gone back to school after many years and am pulling a 4.0 and plan to go on to grad school when i'm done here to obtain a doctoral degree.

I guess I'm the loner out here, but I've never taken it much into consideration.

I am working on my MBA. Online, of course. They dont have too many class rooms where I am.

But I've dated people with more smarts and more education than I have. And I've dated people with less. I've never really though "She's WAY too dumb for me," or "Man..if I only had another degree, I'd go talk to her..."

Although..there IS something kind of interesting in the thought of dating someone with a PHD.

"Dr, are you ready to go out?"

Heheh..
