Admin	What do you love to do that is romantic to you on a date ... Posted : 8 Oct, 2010 10:24 AM ... and how do you express your love romantically to a gal in ways that are pleasing to God? Here are some of the romantic things I love to do with a gal who is BAREFOOT SPECIAL in my heart!!! :hearts: Snuggle barefoot and watch a classic or new romantic love story together on TV or on DVD!!! Go on a "barefoot picnic" at a scenic lake location, or a botanical garden that allows couples to sit and share a picnic there in areas provided for that, and look into each other's eyes and enjoy seeing the love in each other's hearts for one another as we share this special time surrounded by the beauty of God's Creation!!! Listen to love songs and sing along to them as we hold hands, snuggling barefoot!!! Go sight-seeing, stopping at various locales on our romantic journey to get out and explore the treasures we come across that God has blessed us with discovering!!! Reading travel books and brochures as we snuggle barefoot on the couch and dream together of visiting those locales and enjoying them one day, making plans to do so!!! Going out to eat at a restaurant with a beautiful decor and holding hands, playing footsies under the table, and just "loving each other to barefoot pieces" with our eyes and our proper physical touches out in public, declaring how much we love each other unihibitedly, unembarassingly, to the world!!! These are some of the romantic enjoyments I love to share with a gal who is BAREFOOT SPECIAL in my heart ... now ... your turn ... what are some of yours? Steve Post Reply

Some of the ones I would say have already been said, so I'll just add a couple. Taking a telescope to the top of a hill at night and stargazing. Going to an observatory. (I like astronomy btw, haha) Going to a theme park. I know that's sort of like the carnival thing, but I love theme parks. Disneyland is the best :-D But alas, that's in California :( I fully intend to have my honeymoon at Disneyland though when I get married :-D Horseback riding. Going to a museum. Especially somewhere like the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. Sure it's more for kids, but I love that place! Post Reply

That place is great... so much fun. As for Disneyland, that is where my parents spent part of their honeymoon. They were married up here (in WA), stayed their first night locally and then drove down the Pacific coast. They spend awhile at Disneyland and then went to Mexico for the remainder of the honeymmon. I love to make her favorite meal for her but add my personal twist to it. I'll serve it at a candle lit table that has the bouquet I gave her in a vase as the center piece. If it's cold, give her your cute, even if you're cold too. Don't be the guy who, when your lady says she's cold, you reply, "Yeah, so am I. I'd give you my coat, but I need it." Be the guy who says, "Here, take my coat. I don't need it." Better yet, be the guy who, when you know it's chilly, offers her your coat without her saying she's cold! Offer it because you just know :) Honestly, there are very few things I find sweeter than little gestures like that. Chivalry seems to be a lost art, but it's very attractive :laugh: Post Reply
