They probably just want to stipulate that they're searching for someone with biblical morals, just like someone else would stipulate "no drinking/smoking", or "has to be a part of my denomination", etc. :peace::peace: Post Reply

It still gets the point across that, that is something they respect and appreciate about other people and that they aren't looking for floozies :) Post Reply

But if the woman is grounded on the Words, she would definitely fits the whole description of "seeking virtous woman with good morals".. Just still kinda confused a bit =) Post Reply

You see this a lot with Charismatic/Pentecostal folks, liberal "Christians", and emergent church people. It usually goes back to the fact that many of them don't take it very seriously and it hasn't permeated their lives to any degree; it's a worship service high and then it's time to go live like the world the other 6 days of the week. If you look around here, you'll see it in the profiles, too. I can't say that I blame the guy for adding in the extra bit. Post Reply

It's not wrong to put those lists in our profile, I am just wondering why men just dont simply look for women who are sold out for Christ, that would cover all the lists.
