But I'd probably still go w/ lipstick on my wedding day because it would probably look better in photos. @SilverFire- No, I wouldn't have the preacher say that. Granted, I'm not sure if future hubby would really agree to no kissing anyway. The current BF and I have discussed it some and he thinks there should be kissing. Honestly, I really want to elope. But, I have yet to meet a guy who's keen on that. The current BF says it would be up to me if we get engaged, but I know he much prefers a wedding, so I would feel kinda selfish denying him that just because of my shyness issues. Really though, it's not just a shyness thing... Weddings just seem ridiculously complicated to plan and expensive... I get overwhelmed just thinking about ever having to plan one. Post Reply

If you keep it only to family and close friends, it would be way cheaper and way easier to plan, especially if you don't have a ton of custom requests. I think one day down the road, you'll wish you'd had one if you don't. Post Reply
