Yesterday I went to get an oil change at walmart, only to discover a nail in one tire and a slit (but not punctured) in another tire. As a single gal i really hate having to deal with car problems and running the risk of getting ripped off by a mechanic.



So I figured the definition of the perfect guy for this single girl would be a guy who is a car mechanic, pastor, doctor, accountant, fire man and police officer, computer tech all rolled into one! And of course i wouldn't complain if he was Mr. GQ! (i know i know very shallow of me!). though the GQ isn't a deal breaker.



They say the way to a man's heart is through is stomach (whether that's true i'll ask the guys) but the way to a girl's heart (for some) is through her car...... (for some of us!).



God definetly made us to complement each other, and i wish some of the strengths guys have came more natural for us.....

It is hard to find a good mechanic who will not take advantage of you. So glad you discovered the problem with your tires when your car was in getting fixed anyway -- rather than out on the road! God was sure protecting you.

For me, my guy would be a children's director, exterminator (to kill spiders for me), handyman, cuddler, and musician.

Yup it sure is...thats why I do most of the work on my own vehicle...but know when I need expert help...:rolleyes:...

My definition of the Perfect guy...A Pastor/Minister...Manly Man with a Super Warm Smile so he can schoo away the Boogie Man ifin I hava a way Bad Dream...Ifin he picked up his socks that be right fine to...:ROFL:...xo

Leon, perhaps the hold-up is that we are looking for a TRUE CHRISTIAN man. We all have our own things that make up a "perfect" guy (or should I have said "a Brandon-like guy"?). God knows how to fit two people together to make one who can love and serve him together.

Ha ha you funny Guy! :) Seriously though, You know how scriptures says "he who finds a wife finds a good thing" ?

If i could be a heretic for a moment and add to scripture i would have to say, that "she who finds a godly man who loves the lord, who strives to be the godly man Christ calls him to be. ....findeth a very very good thing." (as well).



These men are an endangered species.! I think as godly christian gals we could do a better job at stepping back and lovingly pushing our brothers to be all that God's calls them to be.
