Admin	Female single Pastor Posted : 4 Jun, 2010 06:23 PM It's seems to be 100 times harder for a single female Pastor to find her a man than it is for a single male Pastor to find a woman. I know it's because some believe in that women should not preach in the church. My overseer don't think it's wrong for me to preach as he asked me to be an ordained Pastor in his church network. My church is a pentecostal church and I am the only white female Pastor in his network. How much educated can a woman be for those that is against female Pastors ? Do he want a wife that doesn't know anything about the scripture ? I have seen churches that accept women to do the announcement and maybe a verse in the Bible to start with. Isn't it to already have pass the line for to not saying anything ? Sometimes haven't I said in the ad that I am a Pastor but I don't like to lie and a man that doesn't like women that preach is not a man for me ...so why shouldn't I tell at once that I am a Pastor and never get an answer on my ad ?:rolleyes: Post Reply

If someone doesn't talk to you because you're a "Pastor" then you probably wouldn't want to be in a relationship with them anyway. Also, it's never a good idea to try to change someone into who you think they should be...so...just have patience. :peace::peace: Post Reply

I would expect a man who is a pastor to be equally forthright about his vocation. Post Reply
