would you be a...Posted : 21 May, 2010 09:07 PMBeen there and done that, its definatly a task God has purposed for a woman (which they can do far better than I and I honor a woman who makes her home a major priority above any other.) Titus 2:4,5 |

would you be a...Posted : 21 May, 2010 10:12 PMIf our situation necessitated it temporarily, I could handle it. I just don't think it would be a good plan long term. |

would you be a...Posted : 22 May, 2010 06:20 PMmaybe it wouldn't be so good in the long run maybe it wouldn't be so good since it's not fair to make the wife go out into the world. it's rare though when a father gets to spend much time with his kids though in my experience (which isn't good for them either), so if the opportunity arises i'd take it. maybe even create it, but only for a while. if i had to choose between a high paying job and little time w/ family or an avg paying job with adequate time w/ family i'd choose the latter. |

would you be a...Posted : 24 May, 2010 08:47 AMWell, if the situation calls for it I guess. It's actually more work than you think. Until a few years ago I was working 16 hours a day pulling six figures when the bottom fell out of the steel industry and I tried it for a few months out of neccesity. All I gotta say is- hats off to the ladies.:applause: You don't have time to lie around eatin pigs feet watching "As the Stomach Turns." House work is a full time job, and you really can see the ladies pov in keeping your dirty underbritches off the floor and putting the top back on the toothepaste tube and wiping your feet and such. |
