I can't speak for all men. but I think what most of us really want is a woman that has it in her heart to STRIVE to be a Proverbs 31 woman. We don't expect perfection, just a heart AIMED in this direction that is willing to give 100% to her marriage and family.. Not 50 % on most days and 90 % only when she wants something. Posted : 1 Apr, 2010 08:54 PM aw shucks, the jig is up. well ok here goes: personally i would just LOVE to have a random super shallow flakey bimbo with no personality that looked hot! as long as we signed a prenup... and didn't have kids... and planned on not being married for the rest of our lives. Oh wait actually I do want kids, and to be married to the woman i can trust and rely on, and love, honor and respect for the rest of my life, and has qualities that kinda maybe sorta lineup with the woman in Proverbs 31. Sorry for the sarcasm. It was just to prove the point that a sane mature guy really DOES want a woman like the one in Proverbs 31. I strive to be that kind of woman but in the real world of dating that isnt at all what the men want.Well the men that Ive dated. I dont pick these guys up in bars,I either have friends or family set me up( the key word set up) . They are well known in Christian communities but get them in the dating scene it is a totally different story. I guess I'm just confused about it all. Post Reply

Posted : 4 Apr, 2010 04:19 PM its true that men want a proverbs 31 woman however because God gave them eyes to see ,,how they look will count more. men go by a certain looking woman. in there mind there looking for the ONE,,so she has to look according to what he desires her to look like. he sees many,,many beautiful women everyday but only a certain woman will capture his attention. its just how God designed him. all men are made like this. it could be her smile. it could be she has to have a certain colour hair. it could be her height. most of the time its looks that count to him,,so he can usually forget the proverbs 31 once he is attracted to her looks.:glow: Post Reply

Yes men are attracted by what they see, all men, but the ones who are in love with Jesus need a woman like Jesus. Post Reply
