Well, some of this depends on the girl:

Disclaimer: This is NOT the lo-fat kitchen. This is MY kitchen. Which means it will taste good and calories be hanged. All of these are specialties of mine.

1. If she doesn't mind spicy food: Jambalaya and Bourbon Chicken. (Haven't perfected the latter yet, but that's MY fault for not using the real thing. I'd do it right this time.)

2. If she's not a spicy food fan and doesn't mind fried food: Beer battered Fried chicken and jo-jos.

3. If she's a pizza fan: Homemade Calzone. There is a reason why I name it after myself. This is a family recipe. I could persuaded to make this in a more "Pizza" form, but where's the fun in that? Warning: For her... one slice of this and you are done. For me, it's plenty.

4. If she really likes italian food, I could be persuaded to make spaghetti with meat sauce.

5. If she's vegetarian: Green beans, red potatoes and cornbread. (Real cornbread. Not that overly sugary stuff.)

Since I rather inhale at baking, I'd probably get a cheesecake. (Hey, I like my food rich.) A little chocolate syrup drizzle.

Great, now I'm hungry.

If it was someone really special:

I'd bake some Focaccia bread and start off with a small prtion of

Farfalle w/ Spinach and Garbanzo Beans

and for the main course

Osso Bucco

finished with homemade

Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake

and then fasting for two days to rid yourself of the calories from the cheesecake.
