ervindine^ View Profile History	Let us not always choose women based on appearance Posted : 24 May, 2024 05:34 AM We men are visual creatures, we are attracted to what is beautiful and the Bible confirms that and does not condemn that because that is how God made us. It is ok to like what is good looking and beautiful. For instance we read that Job's daughters were very beautiful, Rebekka was very beautiful. Unfortunately not all women are born beautiful and beauty is seldom an indicator of character. The Bible says do not be deceived by her eyelids and the proverb says that the beautiful woman gains glory. Beautiful women in social media are pampered with undue amounts of attention. Movies of romance seldom show a non-beautiful woman or whatever society deems beautiful as the main heroine or character. Beautiful women in Instagram may start to feel like they are the center of the world. Such attention can lead to corruption and pride. Let us not feed that pride and let us be fair to the opposite sex and have a look at character first and consider beauty as a bonus. Beauty does not last that long anyway, in the end everyone ends up ugly. No 70 year old woman looks like 20. It is hard for men to control lust but let us try and be more like God who looks at the heart first. Post Reply

But people are easily deceived and the Bible says that charm is deceptive. Most people are not that great looking. Some then rely on words. Words change after marriage. Nice to have beauty to fall back on and a good financial purse. For when words prove falls, there is still some benefit. Truth is, not many write. Whether they are beautiful or not, not many write. More people are not paid members either, so now there are daily limits on how much one can write. But people are not so diligent to write. The most diligent are the scammers. Anyway, well wishes to all who are on here to get many communications from all types. Post Reply

Once I'm interested then she would have to be very traditional because if she's to modern than I see that as a Hugh red flag. The modern mentality encompasses a lot of things and all of them are rooted in Satan inspired feminism. Post Reply

I have felt so much anger and subterfuge, I now know what it fully is. As GOD looks on the heart, we don't care how pretty she is but there has to be a little attraction of course.
