If a female is just a friend or an acquaintance and she refers to you as "dude" do you find that offensive or disrespectful?

Dudes fine with me.

Others: Brah, Bro, Broham, Guy, Hey you, Dave, D, David, Dabuse, and a slew of other ones that she'd REALLY have to know me well to know or even care about.

um yeah. by and large it's used to convey to whoever you're referring to a tone that you don't take them seriously or a distant/condescending tone.

'hey, man' > 'hey, dude'

It'd depend a little on context (there's better ways of addressing someone in a serious matter), but generally no, it wouldn't.

Only if you think it's offensive to refer to a chick as "chick."
