Would any of you be willing to copy and paste one of your original initial messages you sent to a girl ? preferably one that got a reply (but that's not important). Even if you did not get a reply, you may post your message. I just want to see what you guys write. (Pick a message that doesn't contain any personal info, or just erase any personal stuff before posting it here.)

I'll start. These are some of the message I have written to start a conversation:

-----------------------

"Of all our human resources, the most precious is the desire to improve."

[Actually, this is one of the quotes from her profile. I just picked this out and sent it back to her, and she replied.]

-----------------------

Hey, Your cats are cute! I have 5 black chickens.

-----------------------

Hi C....., I'm ....... Do you know your MBTI personality type? Have you ever taken the test? According to the test, I'm an INFJ.

[she hasn't read my message yet]

-----------------------

"How do people fill this thing out?"

Haha. You did a good job. Please read my profile when you have some time. Mine is a bit longer than yours. LOL BTW I like to garden and raise animals too. I have 5 bantam chickens! What caught my attention was your title -- "All things are possible to him who believes." Yes, that's right! I believe that! :)

Well, good bye!

Be good! :D

[she did reply, and we became friends]

-----------------------

I've noticed you're always smiling on your pictures.

why iz that? lol

[she replied too]

-----------------------

I started reading your blog. I like it!

But there is no "Like" button. :-/

[she replied, and later she became my girlfriend]

-----------------------

Yay, someone from Lakewood church!!! :-D That's one of my favorite churches! I watch Joel Osteen on TV. I've lived in Dallas for three years, and now I live in Florida. But I have been to Houston a couple of times, and I have visited Lakewood church. It was great!! :-)

[she hasn't replied yet]

-----------------------

So, as you can see, all you have to do is post the very first private message you sent to a girl. any girl, anytime in the past. Just don't include anything personal.

I'm not a guy so I hope you don't mind me responding!! But, I was thinking about a similar topic today then I'm came across your post.

I think your selection of messages are perfect for an introduction as they show you have taken time to read through the women's profile then comment on something that caught your eye or that you have in common.

Those kind of messages are the ones I personally like to receive and most likely would respond to. Can't speak for all women of course.

A lot of people receive a 'hi' and it can come across as too general and as if the person sending it has sent that 'hi' to numerous other potential dates!

That's my 2 cents worth 😁

I have to agree with Bekx, it is very important that a woman knows that her profile has been read. And I know it is the same with men. i read the full profile myself, and I do mention something in their profile that caught my attention. But unfortunately, I either get they are not interested, or they haven't read it yet. But that is my input.
