Newbeginningz011 View Profile History	Dream about a guy Posted : 1 Jan, 2017 10:06 PM So I don't know if this will even help me but I just needed to get out..I have prayed and asked God for guidance but I still feel somewhat sad. So here is the dream, a gentleman from my church, my pastor and his wife were all at some type of leadership conference. I stepped out of the room for a moment and my 1st lady came to get me along with pastor and said they are about to present you with something. So we all walk up to the stage(allow with the young man that proposed) he gets the mic and starts talking, as he was talking he just stopped grabs me in his arms and hugs me and says "You broke my heart before and you didn't even know it, I can't let that happen again." He looks at me and pulls out a ring. I was lost for words. Exchanged a kiss and I walk up. Here is the issue, initially I was happy but then when I thought about the guy I immediately was sadden. This man of God has just went through the worst heart break of his life with the woman he believed God sent as his wife, we have never had a conversation about dating or the likes. So my question is as a man of God, how would you want me to pray for you if this scenario was about you? Post Reply

If you like him, pray for him and give him a chance. If not... pray for him and let him know... and pray for him some more. Post Reply

If you feel strongly that this dream is from God, I would pray and seek confirmation before making any decision. Post Reply
View Profile History	Dream about a guy Posted : 11 Mar, 2017 09:26 PM I have never ever had something come from God and not be sure it was Him. If you're not sure, then I wouldn't worry about it. The Bible says, "In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established." (2 Corinthians 13:1) One person having an unsettling dream by itself isn't God. I also notice there is a distinct pattern in the Bible where God works with both ends (the sender and the sendee) - like with Peter in Acts 10. God doesn't send messages to us without a clear understanding of what it means or who it's from. "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints." (1 Corinthians 14:33) So, barring something else, I would not give another thought or worry to it :) Post Reply
