For how long are you on this site? And what did you learn so far in here? And what makes you still be here? Or if you took a break or two ( like I did ) what made you to come back?

Stay wonderful !

I've been here 5 months.

I have learned that the people here are like people anywhere. I've learned that the Bible Doctrine area is not the place to go for discussing doctrines, because we all disagree on one thing or another, and the members there seem intent on "proving" that they have the correct doctrine and yours is wrong. I've learned that the Live Chat is not for me. It's too chaotic at times and too slow at others. I've learned that there are some really nice people here and there are some really messed up people here, and by messed up, I mean people who could probably use some emotional counseling. I've learned that this site is like anything in life; it's only as good as the attitude with which you use it. I've learned that you can find your soul mate where you'd least expect to find her. I've learned that our God is mighty and loving and is able to give you above and beyond everything you have wanted in a spouse.

I'm still here because I have always enjoyed online Christian forums like this. The Lord has provided me with a woman who is above and beyond what I ever expected to find, so I'm not looking for anyone, but I want to encourage others to never give up hope. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and He will provide for all your needs. If you seek God with all your heart, He will give you the desires of your heart.

I am here because I enjoy the Christian forums, also. Of course first and foremost, I am here to find my lady:) I'm an Iowan, out here on the Midwest prairies, looking for my Caroline Ingalls, aka Karen Grassle, ... Little House on the Prairie out here:)

Been here awhile, then left for awhile. Now I am back again. By the way, I could leave my profile online for years, and I think, nobody will contact me. So, if I want to get in contact, then I have to initiate that. That's what I have learned. So, it doesn't matter for how many years you are on here. If you're a guy, and you are waiting for women from the USA to contact you, you might have to wait for a long time. In 5 years, only one woman contacted me from my city. We went on a date, but we didn't click. She got married later, and now she is a mom. I think, it's harder to get married as a guy, because if you just sit and wait, years go by and nothing happens. On the other hand, if you are a pretty woman, millions of guys will ask you for a date. All you have to do is pick out which one you like best. Okay, that's not such an easy task either. But at least you don't have to worry about getting attention. So, men have to put out at least some effort into writing messages. You have to write like hundreds of messages, and maybe one person will respond. It's hard work. :P :D
