Posted : 30 Jul, 2015 01:01 PM I really think that you can not "distribute" the fruits of the Holly Spirit to others. However, what you can do is to treat others the way God wants when the fruits of the Holy Spirits are in your life. I think that the fruits of the Holy Spirit are that " the fruits of the Holy Spirit", I mean, those are not your fruits but of the HS. When the Holy Spirit is in you, when you search for Him, when you take time with the Holy Spirit then is the Holy Spirit who is going to have fruits in you. So, if this is that way, then you can not distribute the fruits of the Holy Spirit. You can only teach the people how to be filled by the Holy Spirit in order for them to have the fruits of the Holy Spirit in their life. God bless you Post Reply

Posted : 31 Jul, 2015 11:15 AM Basically, the Fruit of the Spirit (singular) has what you may call "virtues" or "characteristics", and they all are in one package called the Fruit, not separate fruits. Like, for example, the color green is the mixture of two primary colors... blue and yellow. If one of the primary colors is missing, you don't have green. Each of these virtues make up the Fruit of the Spirit, and if any are missing, you do not have the true fruit. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control... all together is the evidence of having the Spirit in your life, and can't be given out, only portrayed. Galatians 5:22,23 - "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law." Post Reply
