Eventually, when and if you find someone of interest, you yourself will begin to pay more attention to that certain individual and if the feeling is mutual, they will do the same... hopefully. I myself, do message different people who I have befriended here to pray with them, and walk with them thru times that are both bad and good. Now, if I had a special someone who I correspond with, I would ask them of their feelings toward my messaging my other friends and respect her answer. I know as a fact that my friends would understand when I explain it to them. So, to answer your questions... Yes, I do message different people, and no, it is not a turn off for me if she did the same. Now, if you have someone of interest, and you like them, be transparent and let them know to see if the feeling is mutual. If it is, use common sense and have respect to that person to build trust between one another. If you then do begin to build a relationship with someone, and you continue chatting to others for the means of continuing your search, your second question could be "yes", it may be a turn off. Depends on the guy... so ask him. Respect goes both ways, just use common sense. Happy hunting! Post Reply
