Posted : 15 May, 2014 06:30 AM honestly Joy, i believe there is a difference, the only way i can explain this is, "a few quote's" 1. the woman makes the man. as i comprehend this,a bad girl can make a good boy bad,and,a good girl can make a bad boy good. 2.weddings are for women,marriage is for men. 3. i hear Jesus say,Deny Yourself,take up YOur cross and follow me.... note: Jesus did not say," match for rights,get a college education,wife,house,carreer,car,401k,lands,titles,join armies,fight wars. 4. the origin called you"helpmeet." ( help me eat ) <---- hahaha for fun :D so having rambled this, to answer the original question, i spend more time trying to figure out how to avoid encounters with modern day,rights marching, empowered sisters... maybe this can encourage you to seek COMMON and in this be able to relate with all peoples.... hope this helps? As for your list of quotes......#2 is my favorite: weddings are for women.....marriage is for men:ROFL:!! That's so funny, but oh how so true(smile)!! I do agree with you however with one way to stay focused in this journey, possibly avoiding undue controversy is keeping away from certain people, while I'll go as far as saying certain places too! However, I had to say that no person can make bad good. Only God can do that. Thats one of the first mistakes someone can make in a relationship. Thinking they can change the person with whom they are interested/in love. Post Reply
