It's a FACT that

relationships with men so often start off "hot and heavy", but then quickly and UNEXPECTEDLY turn ice-cold. And when this happens, there often seems to be no explanation..

Why do you think this can possibly happen?

It is lust. If a relationship starts off "hot and heavy", then it is not love, it is lust. Lust fades very quickly. Unfortunately, some people mistake lust for love. True love takes time to build.

That Tasmanian is onto something! (Hello, CuriousGeorge.) You sound a little vague, thewanderer (hello to you too, by the way). None of my relationships with men are like that :P.

Seriously, though, I think it's the difference between passion (which could show up through lust, infatuation, euphoria, a bunch of things) and love, too. If things go cold suddenly, could that be a wake-up call for the couple to realise that something needs work? Maybe each couple (or at least one of each couple) knows what the explanation is, for them?

Now now, let's not bring logic in here.

a man who are attracted to you because of your pretty face or nice body will not be on your side forever..but a relationship who can see how beautiful your heart is ,inspite of your weaknesses will never leave you :)

godbless!

[Well, if it happens so often then why would it be UNEXPECTED?]

Because you expect people who profess to be Christians to be different.
