Woman's age versus character

I am 65 and am looking mostly at men from 60 to 70. I see most of the men in that age bracket are looking for much younger women. I don't mean to rob the cradle but I feel I am younger than my 65 years. Why don't you men widen the age racket. There might be something of interest in someone older.

Bahahahaha... I can't wait to read the responses.

I find it funny how guys my age put such a premium on older women; The older the better. I suppose that all changes at some point and I'm curious to see if there is any scientific research to illustrate at what age men stop putting the premium on older women and start going younger.

Good question OP! :)

ok so there's a 50 year old man in my apartment complex who seems to enjoy talking with me and will give me big bear hugs in greeting. Should a woman my age go for him?

Share,

I am one man who has found a woman 15 years younger than me. I have dated women my age and even a bit older, looking for a woman who I can relate with me in my faith.

Looking for a woman who can walk with me. Any man would want the best of both worlds a youthful woman who has wisdom.

I think that answers Crays question. Their is a point when you reach a certain age that age matters less and less because we mature and become responsible adults.

A younger woman who has the qualities of a mature woman is a great treasure. I think in a young mans case of wanting a mature woman it is the same but from the opposite side.

A older mature youthful woman would be considered a rare treasure as well. Just as a younger men would not date a woman who could be his grand mom I would set my limit at a woman who could be my daughter. Both would be wierd.....

But their is this age range in the middle that gets some people all confused.

I say if you find someone who you work well together with, than go for it. That is within Gods boundries of relationship.

Humbly,

Michael

I am not a guy. But most men are not interested in Older women even on a Christian site. I have been on more than one Christian site and it happens again and again.

I have had dates though but it is hard to meet the ones who are in my age group that like dating in their age group.lol

That is just a common thing.lol

Character. Ive known women who were party "girls" at 40 and women who were good examples of what a Christian woman should be when they were in their late teens/early 20's. Im not just talking about morality. These were sober women who loved their families, were responsible, and were very active in church. The others I mentioned acted, as my grandmother would have said, like Jezebels.
