Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 2 Aug, 2012 05:36 PMAny time I get a "wink" I normally always send the person a message saying hello instead of winking back. I am curious to know, why doesn't the individual write back?? |

Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 3 Aug, 2012 07:59 PMI dont like to say it, but some guys use the "shotgun" approach. Send out a large number of winks/messages in the hopes that a few write back. |

Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 4 Aug, 2012 09:48 PMMen have an enormous spectrum of directness and indirectness in communication. Some will walk up to a physically attractive girl and tell her "You're beautiful" while others might literally just hold a gaze with her a second longer than expected. Winking on a site like this just might be a low-committment way of saying "you are interesting". Type 2 males will be much more likely to do this than type 1, that's for sure, haha. |

Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 5 Aug, 2012 09:27 AMWhenever we send a message it gets ignored so why not send a wink? It's a lot easier. |

Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 5 Aug, 2012 05:45 PMI have never used the wink function, but maybe men and women are in time constraints and have limited "man shopping" and/or "guy shopping". I suppose it would be easier to just send a wink than write an original message. I suppose the least they could do is write a universal open message and copy/paste it. It would be a bit more sneaky. =p |

Why Wink and Not Chat?Posted : 6 Aug, 2012 02:45 AMIf one can't have the time and patience to read and write a genuine message, why even try to pursue a relationship? You wont have time either. .......... The best is to ignore a wink I guess, unless you just want to say hi and expect nothing in return. If ever I respond to a wink, that which I rarely do... I just ask what was the wink for? Lol. |
