I was expecting that everyone who were registered here are genuine Christian..It is a sad thing to know people who claim to be Christians are the one who initiate subjects that are out of bounds of being in Christ. There profiles are very convincing. It really needs deep discernment and God's wisdom in order to determine the fake ones. Post Reply

Are they interested in only you or are they equally if not more interested in your relationship with Christ? If they are not interested in your relationship with Christ, then they're no being led by the Holy Spirit in their interest in you. Are they going out of their way to tell you about their relationship with Christ? If all they talk about is themselves, that's probably all they have to offer. To know the Lord is to put Him first in all that we do... Post Reply

Are they walking with the Lord, do they know scripture, do you know scripture to be able to discern whether they are saying what they believe is righteous in their own "light" or are they humbly submitting to what is righteous in the eyes of the Lord? Matthew 7:16 This why I can't stress enough about reading the word... I meet so many people on here who say, "I love the Lord, I'm so passionate"... then I talk to them about issues that are clearly laid out in the bible(divorce, fornication, drunkeness, hatred), and I get answers that are totally opposite of the bible and they say things like, "well I feel that...." and make up their own ways that they like.... John 14:15 "If you love me, you will obey what I command." Who do they put their trust and loyalty first? God or themselves and what is "righteous in their own ways"(claiming to things of the flesh and of this world/society/citizenship)? We're not out on witch hunts, but it's easy to pick out a Christian, by what they say, and what they do, and what they justify.... in accordance to the Bible. Post Reply
