Are they viewed positively as an proof of interest or negatively as shallow and merely flirting? For me a wink is an expression of interest, and a way of gauging return interest before moving on to sending messages. What are your thoughts? Post Reply

I figure if a girl is truly interested in my profile, which I hope to assume she's read, she would at least write me a note referencing something I've said in my post. I, personally, don't treat this site as some kind of flirtatious, bar scene where the goal is to "hook up". Maybe I'm lazy but I feel the man is supposed to do the hard work of empathic empathy and suchlike instead of waiting for me to correspond, respond, reflect. Some girls use it as its in your ball park now. Some girls its to flirt. I read their profile and figure it out from their haha. Post Reply
