Posted : 22 Jan, 2009 08:21 PM Matt. 7:13, 14 will explain why you are having a hard time finding a Christian man who lives up to your brother's standard. It tells you that there are few real Christians. Unfortunately, we live in a country where it is popular to claim to be saved, but not walk as we are called to walk. Verse 14 says there are few who will find it (narrow gate). If you can not see the difference between a Christian man and every other man, he is probably only a professing Christian. I don't really know what else to tell you, except I was also worthless while in my 30's. It takes some men longer than others to see the light. Have patience sister, a good one will come. Young men these days treat women like property, and not the queens they are. I'm going to be honest with you and tell you why I think some men in this world treat women the way they do these days. I look at the way guys my age act and the way they treat women. First off the guys don't have any self discipline and no self control. Those men are making the men that do have self discipline and self control even harder to find. There are guys that have a loving compassion for people in this world and know how to treat women with respect and compassion. But they are few in number. Mostly because they don't have any one teaching them whats the right way and whats the wrong ways to treat women. Its our job as christian men to council young chirstians in this subject.
