Admin	Why pretenders Posted : 21 Jan, 2009 08:38 PM Hello, I am just wondering why when my profile is very specific about what I am looking for do men email me who have no relationship with Jesus and believe that sex outside of marriage is okay? There probably isn't much you really can do...no matter what you write, there are people who don't read your profile before contacting you and also people who do read it and then still contact you regardless of what you have written about yourself or your beliefs...and those who will add you to their favorites without ever even saying one word to you - I find it very strange what some people do. There really isn't much in place for this site in terms of privacy and I think it could help to have different options. But I know what do you mean and I think it is fair to say that women experience this type of stuff more than men...just gotta be very careful with who you do decide to talk to. I looked at someone's profile who had viewed mine and for his age he had 30 years old. Then reading through his profile he actually wrote his real age - which was over 10 years older. I think he just put 30 so he could contact people who don't have his real age range blocked off. But I found it very deceiving and I have reported it twice, but nothing has changed with his profile. Just keep your eyes open for the real person behind the profile or message...I think that is all you can really do. Post Reply
View Profile History	Why pretenders Posted : 22 Jan, 2009 04:59 PM Thanks my sister, I agree about the privacy thing. I have some guys that view my profile way to many times in a day. Like a stalker it's weird, so I have blocked them. Go to your mail settings at the bottom right is says block users. Just type in their user name and they are blocked. I do not know if this just blocks email or if it does not allow them to view our profile. Blessings, Lydia Post Reply

It is unfortunate that there are those would exploit and misuse one of the greatest gifts God gave to mankind. Shows the maturity of certain individual and should be reported for review when you receive inappropriate correspondence. This is a great site for serious individuals who are devoted to the Lord and desire to share that devotion with others. I pray that one day God will unite you with the one who is worthy of the blessings the two of you can share. Post Reply
