It's easy to stand around and potificate about where to cut, it's another thing to get the politicians to actually vote on it. |

Over the last century there have been two major theories of economy, the Keyens theory and they Hayak theory. A very basic summary of the two is that Keyens theory is that the economy is more efficient through centralized government control though taxation and government spending. The Hayak theory is that the economy is too difficult to control efficiently and that the individual should save an plan his own spending. |
