Also for me, even though I think the guy should take the lead most of the time, I think it would be great if the girl were to surprise the guy with something fun, romantic, or something both people enjoy. To me romance is an inter connection of love between two people. It's that inter bond of knowing she is there beside you always. Most men won't say it or let a woman know it, but yes, we need you, and yes we need to know that our with us and beside us. Then the topping on the cake of romance and growing relationship can take place. Things like that like that little smile that says I love. That little touch as you go walk by. Romace is an expression of love that should go beyond courting. It's that heart felt feeling of her saying in different ways, I want, I need you, I love you. Post Reply

How we are so similar in our wants and needs women are just more vocal but I so want to do away with the myth that you guys can't feel deeply. I love you guys with the love of the Lord. I think a man is showing romance with just a touch we've always categoraized it as flowers and candlelight and while all that is good... they're just things. Romance to me is when we can say nothing at all and just hold each other maybe have a sunset thrown in there for added effect lol! Post Reply

Posted : 20 Jul, 2011 11:05 AM I also believe that romance is a two way street, and romance comes in many forms, it may be sending flowers for no reason, a phone call just to see how you are doing, a gentle appropriate touch, it's often the little things as much as the big things. But I do think both sexes need feedback whether it's verbal or nonverbal. Us guys do like to know we are appreciated and what we do is appreciated. A true romantic guy enjoys doing things and something as simple as a smile will make it all worth it. We want you to be happy so we look for signs of happiness and we find happiness in your happiness. Post Reply
