Posted : 17 Jun, 2011 02:36 PM Let's see...I don't know how romantic it was, but at least it was an attempt... I sent two birthday cards to a guy. I tucked one inside the other, and stuck them both in the same envelope. One was a simple card that had a bit of humor in it. The other, though, was a card that said something about "for a special friend", and I wrote a long, personal note inside it. He didn't say too much about it after he got it, just told me thanks, and that he enjoyed reading the letter. So like I said, I don't know how romantic it was...it might have just seemed weird. :rolleyes: Post Reply

Posted : 17 Jun, 2011 07:39 PM i was sent to the province by my mom because i was already spending too much time with my boyfriend. then came my boyfriends birthday and i was still in the province. they wouldn't give me money for fare. so what i did was, i went to the airforce and rode the C130 going to Manila just to be with my boyfriend on his birthday. i bought him a cake and went to their house. Posted : 21 Jun, 2011 05:36 PM It was mine and my former boyfriend's 1 year anniversary and he was going to come visit me after work so we could share the evening and celebrate. I made all of the preparations before he arrived which included cutting out some little paper arrows and made a trail leading from the entrance doorway of my house, to one of the rooms where i had his anniversay present and sweet little homemade card waiting for him. I had spent most of my time making the card, on which I drew a stick person with it's arms stretched out wide and the caption, "I love you thiiiiiis much!" along with a sweet, heartfelt message inside. from there, I, then, had another trail leading into the kitchen where I had prepared a really yummy, candlelit, special china-and-polished-silver kind of diiner waiting for us to linger over with the quiet strains of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin crooning in the background. Afterwards, we danced in my livingroom to the music, which was quite romantic, which seemed to please him. He said it was the sweetest thing anyone had ever done for him which made it all very worth it. In return, he gifted me with a card of his own. In this card, he had the numbers listed from 1-to-365. After each number, he had listed something he loved about me. Something to love about me for every day we had dated. I thought that was such an incredibly romantic thing for him to do, also. Posted : 30 Jun, 2011 04:39 PM Even if we are million miles apart, I have created a special video for his 50th birthday that time, I believe. It took me a month to compile and finalize the video. It was all worth it, knowing it made him both cry and happy and touched his heart(^_^) I loved making him feel very special.
