HolyGhostGirl View Profile History	God says, in one year... Posted : 2 May, 2011 07:01 AM Oh my goodness. When I woke up this morning, I saw on the news: OSAMA BIN LADEN DEAD! I'm sure many ppl were thrilled, but it was something deeper for me. The Lord gave me that prophecy some time back during my worship/devotional time, and I wrote it down, and kind of let it go. He said that ppl would be celebrating and gave me the headline that would be in one of the newspapers. I had to go back and dig through a load of notebooks, (cause I'm a writer...lol), and find the prophecy He gave me concerning Osama, and BAM! I found it. I looked at the date that He gave it to me, and it said, 5/1/10. That was an exact year to the date of his death 5/1/11. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Has the Lord ever given you a prophecy or just a simple word, large or small, and you saw it come to pass just the way He said it would? Post Reply

But certainly not a photograph. I believe they could have kept him alive had they wanted to, and brought him to justice the way they did Saddam. Or at least have kept the body for unbiased exam by an independent team of doctors, and then given him the burial of their choice. But "we got him, and oh, by the way, we dumped him in the ocean" just doesn't cut it for me. I don't know if he is alive, obviously. He could have been dead long ago, he could still be alive and keeping silent for his own motives. HolySpiritGirl's dream could be true yet there are different ways to interpret it even though true. The dates seem to be much more than a coincidence. John Post Reply

You want to always make sure you're right before you say something, especially before you say God said it...lol Um, that's why I've learned to journal and date things, just so I can look back on it and see things fulfilled. I'm not suggesting I'm a prophet or anything, I just a Holy Ghost girl really...haha...I just happened to see that the date was exactly one year from the day of his death. I guess it could of been a big coincidence, but when I worship and praise the Lord, I hear Him more clearly than ever. Once again, thanks for your response! Post Reply

I think even if some people saw his dead body they would still say he wasn't deceased...lol...I don't understand, like I said earlier. Why now? 10 years or so later. I mean if Osama popped back up with a web message or something, that would be detrimental to the government and a lot of other ppl. I wasn't there when they killed him, but the man is dead. That's so amazing how God can tell ordinary ppl about big things, small things, anything really. I thought I would get a lot of backlash for sharing my testimony/prophecy, but I appreciate the love and support of everyone here. It's not easy saying something so audacious, for lack of better words. People could perceive it the wrong way. Anyway, Thanks a bunch guys! Post Reply

The Lord has told me quite a few things and it's like I want to share it with ppl because it can build them out, or warn them of something, but of course they don't believe me...lol...for personal reasons I suppose. And yes, I feel for any false prophet, teacher or anything of the sort. I wouldn't want to be them on judgement day! I just pray. I also must repent for something. When I went back to that journal entry, I saw that I had written that the Lord had wanted me to pray for Osama's soul. Well um, I think it must have slipped my mind because I don't remember praying for that man, to be honest. Maybe once. Anyway... Once again, thanks for your support! Post Reply

And, just to throw this in there, I know a lot people get dreams from the Lord, I can't say if I know they're all from him, as my dream about opening up a freezer and finding gallons of all my favorite ice cream and no spoon might not have much relevance, but the truth is, we never know what he's doing, his ways are higher than ours. But yes, false testimony is dangerous. I totally believe you had that dream/vision, holyghostgirl, and that's too cool that the Lord gave you it.
