Mydream, thanks. I don't ever mean to offend anyone, but I noticed when I came here, it was kind of...hmmm...dry.
I felt some of the questions were um..."politically correct." I'm a real person and I have to talk about the real issues that go on in the world!
Anyway, thank you very much for your encouragement. I enjoy your responses as well.
BTW, I'm a writer, so this is good practice. I like to see what makes ppl laugh, cry, smile, etc. I just never thought it would be so ....so...Pharisee like on here....hahaha....
We are called to build each other up. I am encouraged, because you were edified. I appreciate the commendation. But out of Love for God, we should love to do our duties.
To God be the Glory and Praise.
I wasn't clay when God started on me.. I was a hard stone... He crushed me until I was a fine powder, then He poured water over me, mixing and mixing until he had a lump of clay, to work with.
I give thanks, that Him who has started this work in me, will be faithful to complete it.
@HGG
Phariseeism, as you are calling it, just reflects the USA's overall or common Christianity. Most of the people in the church are goats (unconverted/unregenerated), and there are a tiny number of sheep (baptized with fire/new-hearted-new-minded).
This isn't my opinion.
Its Jesus' Father's opinion.
"wide is the road, most go down it, narrow is the gate, few find it, fewer yet enter in."
It might be more helpful to forget about them, and just abide in the true vine of Jesus, and let him worry about the pharisees that you see.
Honey I know, I'm just saying. Pharisee helps me from saying something else
And yes, I agree, that's why I'm able to pick it out when I see it.....

And like I said earlier, sometimes it's not so much what someone says, it's who said it. I personally believe in my spirit, that it's because HOLYGHOSTGIRL asked the question. Had it been someone else...hmmm...who knows. I'll leave it at that...........at least for now!
