Since we have a lot of new people coming in, I thought it might be fun to do something were everyone can learn a little more about each other. So here's how it works, think of five things that you wish everyone knew about you. I'll start The five things I wish everyone knew about me are ..... 1. I'm only outgoing to people I'm comfortable with and shy around those I don't know real well. 2. Yes I am from Texas. Really!!Don't let that accent from Australia, New York, or where ever you think I'm from fool ya. If you could hear me when I'm dead tired, you'd know how much of a Texan I am. :zzzz: 3. Forget the veggies, GIVE ME STEAK. 4. Dr. Pepper is the best drink ever invented by Man. 5. Mr. Pibb is not the same thing, or even remotely close to the same thing, as Dr. Pepper. Post Reply

I'm currently counting to one billion (by twos, though, so it's not as impressive as it first sounds). 4. I can throw really far. 5. Now, now I have seen some awesome post on here-- some more personal than others. Here are mine: 1- I come across as a brass person, but inside I am a total sweet heart! I am duper sensitive, and very caring. I am a giver by heart- I can't help it. Many say I give too much. 2- Yes I said duper! I make up words sometimes, and that's ok...feel free to use them whenever it feels right. 3- Sometmes, I believe chocolate is the only one that gets me...lol It shows love, sweetness, and is always there lol And no I'm not obsessed or obese- it's ok to feel this way lol 4- I feel like a new baby Christian at heart. Each day, I feel like I am learning God's word, love, and power all over again. It's a very interesting walk through the world. 5- I am a total people watcher. I love to see how people interact with each other. How people respond to each other amazes me at times. I love watching human nature and the Christian values at work. I'm a sappy romantic at heart, but no one gets to see that side of me, because I've never been in love. A womans heart is her most precious possession, and I will protect mine until Papa brings me my Adam to claim it. 2. I'm a tomboy with a girlie side. I don't know much about sports or cars, but I grew up in a military/survivalist family on a small farm in the country, which means I know how to survive in the woods and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. 3. I sometimes giggle uncontrollably about nothing at all. Sometimes I say dorky things and act like a goof ball. I'm not that strange, I just know how to relax and not take life (or myself) too seriously. 4. Ask me anything, and I will give you an honest answer. I can't promise you'll like the answer, but it will be the truth. 5. Just because I write a few things in a profile or an e-mail doesn't mean you know everything there is to know about me. You know that saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover"? Yeah, most people only read the back cover. There is so much more to my story. Post Reply

Posted : 18 Apr, 2011 03:13 PM Hehe...lovely post...for me__1.most people think i am much younger than i look,with my petite body...it doesn't help wen am seen with my sunday school kids lol.___2.i can sit down an watch a football match...but am not into supporting clubs...local or international.___3.i hav never liked fatty meat...i can't bring myself to chewin anythin fatty...thats y i prefer fried meat...of any kind...the crunchier the better.___4.i love walking.___5.i have short hair...which i plait...an wen i got rid of my hair...many were suprised an disapointed lolest...i was actually amused by the response i got. I like cold weather better than warm weather. Living in a place that has 4 seasons is what I prefer. You want proof I've lived in CA, FL, AZ, and IN and I reside in Indiana. 4. You can't swallow your tongue. I have epilepsy and 90% of the people I meet think you need to put something in my mouth to keep me from swallowing my tongue. 5. I am blunt. If you ask me a question I will be honest to the point you may not like the answer. I try to be tactful in my response but am rarely successful. Steve Post Reply
