Admin	OK...I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG...BE GENTLE..I HAVE FEELINGS!! Posted : 4 Feb, 2011 12:07 PM Have been on this site for several months ~ closer to a year than not. I have deleted, come back, removed, rewritten my profile many times over ~ changed out pictures. All this just to keep things fresh and up to date. I am now wondering what I might or should do to encourage more participation with kind "gentlemen" who "look" but do not see. I have over 25-pages of "views" ... at last count, I believe; however, it appears that there are few conversations with me. I have made my profile shorter ~ thinking that might be the culprit; I have narrowed it down ~ I have softened the edges and not been as "in your face"...but thus far, nothing really is working here. So...I am at a real crossroads as to whether or not I am going to just shut my profile down for good and forget about it. I would seek your advice in perhaps giving me some pointers regarding this...I know this is lengthy. Please bear with me... Please be honest ~ to the point ~ sincere ~ and mindful that this is a Christian Site and there are ways to respond that are still in tune with the subject matter in this topic. Most of the guys (and women too) on this site are non-denominational, which means they are usually more liberal in their beliefs and standards than are Baptists. This will affect all aspects of their life.Sometimes in a bad way.The philosophical road that america has been running down for the last 30 years has been welcomed into the church. There are probably many people who call themselves Christian that believe "all men are created equal" is in the bible (this is used just for example). This is what the Bible warns us against in Colossians 2:8 - when the worlds thinking has taken over our minds and bible knowledge goes out the door. This is the type of person you are dealing with on this web site. Post Reply

Difficult to filter all of that. For me, being raised the way I was ~ and now the way I am ~ I find myself further and further away from what some would consider "alright" as opposed to what is Biblically correct. Have always believed from the time I was a little child ~ the teachings of the Bible and have not doubted. As for me, I believe every word of the Bible (KJV) ~ and do not doubt its' teachings. Have never questioned authenticity ~ and would be fearful to try and rearrange something from the Bible to fit my current criteria ~ or for that matter ~ a lifestyle that does not coincide with the teachings of the Bible. Posted : 24 Apr, 2011 06:05 PM I feel the same way; however, a real man or woman of God will not look at the length of your profile or other irrelevant details to make a decision. The thing about it is asking God what he has for you. I am on here simply because you never know, however I believe God will send people in our lives at the right times...:) You are a real person I understand not a profile...Have a blessed day...How are you now?
