Per Twosparrows' wish for more manly conversation, what would you buy if you were looking for a handgun to use for concealed carry?

Personally, I've always had a thing for Sigs, and the P220 Compact makes an excellent case for itself. You pay the price for a Sig Sauer though. More realistically, I'm probably going to go with the Springfield XD .40 Compact. I like .45 ACP, but a .40 still has a good bit of stopping power, and everyone I've known who bought an XD says they're nearly unjammable.

Seems the count is up to 3 topics that the puritan censorship Nazis have banned:

1) GUNS

2) SEX

3) HOMOSEXUALITY

I use to be a Corrections Officer in Florida and LOVED my gun. It was a Law Enforcment issued 40 cal Glock. It would hold 15 rounds in the mag and 1 in the chamber. I know a few people who dont like Glocks because they are boxy in shape but I loved my baby.... It had the glow in the dark sights and an 8 pound trigger weight. It was too big to conceal but looked good in my holster and felt so good to shoot. :rocknroll:

Three subjects that seem to come up at service every other Sunday. No...wait...not at most churches -- it seems that Christians talk more about other things. Maybe at Chuck's?

Chuck...is that what they speak about often at your churches services?

@Arch

A man well versed in scripture knows these topics are thoroughly presented in scripture (guns = swords). But as we have previously discussed ; the catholic church as the supreme aurthority picks and chooses which ones to listen to. Therefore you postion on this is not surprising.
