They are also looking for specific qualities in a woman that will very often override what they see. To me, finding a woman on this site, or for that matter on any site (was on Christian Mingle for 6 months) that lives within driving range, believes the things that you are passionate about, isn't too much older (most men prefer someone a little younger or the same age) and has the priorities that matter to you. (in my case it is the fact that I believe Rock music, Christian or otherwise, is wrong. That turns away a host of women nowadays. So, I guess the thing that happens is, we can't find anyone that matches, but we never give up hope that we might "win the lottery" (I hope you know what that means here)- that we might actually find someone that is right. So, ladies, don't give up if you don't get messaged. Perhaps you should revise your profiles to include men who might not fit it right away if you are not that particular. Right belief is non-negotiable with me, but much of the other stuff is just preference, and preferences can certainly be adjusted for love's sake. Hope that helps, David (Skyborn) Post Reply
