Admin	A Horses' Tale (a short story for Two Sparrows & horse lovers everywhere) :-) Posted : 21 Apr, 2011 12:43 PM One day in Africa,a little girl & her father had passed through a forest looking for trees to build their barnyard.after going a little distance off,they had discovered a little brown pony.The little girl had started to like the little pony so much,that she asked her father,but he told her no (he had remembered his late wife who died after falling off her horse & hit her head on a rock).But after she had continually asked him over & over again,he decided to carry the little pony home. The little girl liked the little pony so much,that she would get up early in the morning,to feed him & to brush his hair everyday. Few months later,the little girl wanted to ride the pony,but her father refused at first,but later changed his mind.Weeks after weeks,the friendship of the girl & the pony have grown more than ever before. Six years had passed,& the little pony (who is now a horse) had became severely ill,so ill,that it's contagious to humans! After hearing this from the vet,the girls' father looked for his rifle to shoot the horse! -page 1- Post Reply

Now seeing his daughter lying unconscious & the flames was coming more closer than ever,the little girls' father picked her up & gently placed her on the horse & ride as fast as he could to the hospital. Later on at the hospital,the doctor told the little girls' father that she was that very lucky that he had made it since she's an ashmatic,so all of the smoke would've killed her!Also,the police who came to the hospital told him that according to the investigation,that the animals were safe,but if he didn't make there at the same time he had found her,in the next two minutes she would've not found her she might've have found under the flat pile of what was the barnyard! -Page5- Post Reply

After hearing this,she was so happy to hear this & could'nt wait to see him when she came out of the hospital. A week passed,& she's been now released from the hospital,& the little girl was excited to make it home. She went to the trailer (where the horse was temporary staying there after the fire) & thanked him & kissed him & he he said to himself "You're welcome my friend.That's what friends do.you were there for me,so I'll be here for you too". Now a month had passed & the little girl & father riding his other horse had came close to a very green& grassy feild & discovered a huge family of all kinds of horses. The little girl turned to her father& cried continually.Wondering what's the matter with his daughter,he asked her & she said "I want to let him go".Puzzled by this he asked "Let who go?do you mean the horse"? she turned around to him & said "Yes" She then taken off his sadle & said to the horse "Goodbye my friend"! & cried when he had walked away,still shocked at what's looking back at her & said to himself "Goodbye my too,my friend" The horse was happy with his family.How do I know this?
