Admin	For those outside of the US Posted : 11 Feb, 2011 08:34 AM One of the problems that tends to come up alot on this site is the issue of people blocking others who are not in the US. One of the reasons why we tend to do that is because so many of the scammers come from outside the US. One way to help reduce the problem of scammers is to have the person pay with a credit card in their name. I'm curious, is it difficult in some countries to get a credit card in your name? Post Reply
