U should try to eat healthy but it really comes down to buring the energy u consume. If you have fat on u, u r going to have to work extra hard at first to get the fat off, the more in shape u r the easier it is to burn energy; for example, inshape person runs for 6 minutes and completes one mile of running out of shape person runs for 6 min and complets half mile of running. in shape person has used more enrgy in less time. have patience and start exersizing, and do a variety of things and things that are fun like sports, so u dont get burned out on repitition. i personally consume 5,000 to 10,000 calories a day and have never been fat and if i dont exersize very much for a few weeks i still wont gain weight, because i worked up to this level of fitness, its all about exersize |

Weight Loss God's Way Dr. Frank SmootPosted : 14 Feb, 2011 10:45 PMthis is because the media projects such images to men if you do it enough they begin to feel that impossible twig of a woman is their type and they give up on dating realistic women and only want that image so they go seeking that but find those women in the end to have no personality,dull and boring while most bigger girls have wit and personality . |
