Traversing a minefield, by Rabbit32Posted : 25 Jan, 2011 07:48 PMCobbler is right. Men should not talk to women about this. Find a lady older (or same age) as her and have them speak to her. |

It's not that I want to confront her, I just want to exit with grace and in truth. spackle...some churches i'ld need a bucket. I'm not looking to correct anyone, just maintain my purity especially if she is a friend, in a non offensive manner. |

Traversing a minefield, by Rabbit32Posted : 25 Jan, 2011 08:28 PMOne lady at work would always wear low cut tops, and a couple of times when I've talked with her, I purposely would not look at her while talking to her (would look at the side, or way down or something). She asked what was wrong, and I said "I can't look right at you, or my eyes will go right to your to your chest" - which could have been taken for a great gag if there were any guys around. She seemed embarrassed, apologized and tried lifting her top when I'd come around. |

Traversing a minefield, by Rabbit32Posted : 26 Jan, 2011 05:09 PMIs it wrong for men to say it loud directly to the woman? Yeah the woman would be embarrassed, but what can you do? I mean, it's all written in the Bible anyway. Either she's doing it on purpose which means she does notice that she's dressing immodestly, or she doesn't notice that (someway somehow). |

Traversing a minefield, by Rabbit32Posted : 26 Jan, 2011 05:31 PMSeveral have made good suggestions: looking away, not looking at her, etc. If she asks, then you can tell her by all means. There is no reason to be loud -- just talk normally and think of her as "If it was my sister, would I want someone to say something to her?" |

Traversing a minefield, by Rabbit32Posted : 27 Jan, 2011 01:05 PMWell,on this it's just two simple options to choose .1:once you've found something like that,it's best to accept it & know that there's nothing on earth can't ever change it or 2:just leave it as it you've found it,simple as that! (NOTE TO ALL LADIES: of course,i'm not referring to you ladies as an "it" of course,i'm just making a point). |
