If we were to do a week long fitness challenge, would you be interested?



Say take a walk everyday, or drink 8 glasses of water a day?

Chevy, while I think you can use coffee as a fluid, you have to drink more water to override the caffeine in it. Otherwise I'd substitute D.P.

can I at least get credit for all those toe crunches and isometric finger exercises I'll be doing?
