It may also be that since he's planning to come visit you, he needs a little bit of time to really think about everything. I know that sometimes I get all caught up in my emotions that I can't think clearly, and lengthy conversations with someone I like does NOT help me to think clearly! That might be his problem. And he might just be getting really busy trying to get things finished up before the end of the year. Just try to let him lead, especially with the frequency and length of conversations. If you haven't tried Skype yet (I don't remember if you said you have), do that. You can say a lot more in a shorter length of time that way, and it will prepare both of you a bit more for a real face-to-face meeting. Good luck! Post Reply

Posted : 7 Dec, 2010 07:15 PM I honestly do'nt know if this is a good one to suggest here,but since BCPIONANOGAL mentioned Facebook,then why do'nt you also recommend him being on the forums?I know,it is made open to the public,& you may have to be careful what you ask concerning him,because he will see it of course,but i think it would make a good conversationtion between the both of you in Private Messaging. Yes, we do videocalling on windows live and then went to skype because it is clear there everytime we go online. Actually i meet him here on this site but he deactivated his profile and so with mine after 2 days of knowing each other. I just came back here to ask for any opinions or suggestions regarding this matter. AS what BCPIANOGAl is saying, you made a great point on that and that might be the reason. Maybe , im not patient enough regarding that matter. As to Mrwiseguy, i dont want to offend him if i do ask questions here. I know he cannot see this but i appreciate your concern. Lift up to God the wonderful relationship you found with him and believe him when he have "some other personal things to attend to and need to not stay that late because of his new job schedule." (He may need to earn more for his tickets and pocket money to come here). If you miss the usual long hours of chat you spend with him and you have lots of time idle waiting for him to come online, try writing your thoughts as if he is there, continue the communication you wish in written letters and post in the mail. Mrwiseguy has a point, be careful in posting details cause when he read the forum, he might misunderstood your meaning, it may come across as having loose lips. Be open to possibilities and guard your heart. There are long distance relationships that goes on for years and end BUT I also knew of one who met and chatted for just over a month, the guy came and in less than a year, just recently, they got married over there.
