Admin	What to do on a Friday night? Posted : 3 Dec, 2010 01:42 PM I'll post this in the ask a guy section but really it is open to everyone. What do people do on Friday nights? Obviously I'm single as I am on this site. Can't really say I have any Christian friends to hang out with. I don't go to bars. And the selection of movies out lately is terrible. So what do other people do on weekend nights? Post Reply

When I get home from work, it is grab something for supper and then get online. I work on homework until between midnight to 2 am usually. When the homework is done, it is time for bed. Or, if it has been a really long week, the homework and I take a long nap with the laptop keeping us toasty warm. Fall asleep typing, wake up typing. Such is life. Only 8 months more to go. Posted : 4 Dec, 2010 07:16 AM Well, posting on the forum wasn't one of them!!:dancingp: Friday is usually reserved as family night for me and my kids. After school they eat a snack and get their chores done early. We (meaning me) pick a movie and get popcorn and the works. We bundle up together with blankets on my bed or the couch. I usually get something they've never seen. A black and white classic or 80's retro movie. Last night was House Party, they loved it. :party::dancingp: Post Reply

Posted : 4 Dec, 2010 07:51 AM Usually I just hang out by myself in my apartment and watch movies on my computer or update my blog... unless a student wants to hang out with me. I made some new American friends at another school and one of them wants to start getting together every other weekend or something like that. Post Reply
View Profile History	What to do on a Friday night? Posted : 4 Dec, 2010 08:35 AM It all depends on the opportunities and my mood, Shawn, of course. Last night I barefoot enjoyed watching some of the Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel and one of the new DVDs I had purchased at a store earlier in the day ... and I worked some on one of my WORD SEARCH puzzle books that I love to do for fun!!! ... I would've preferred to go out on a date but THAT wasn't among the possibilities last night. Steve Post Reply

Posted : 5 Dec, 2010 07:47 PM It depends on the season, in summer I go out now and then with friends to eat, have a drink, to the movies, to to the old city for some ice cream and walk along the river, etc. In Wnter I tend to stay home...or go with friends for a dinner and a drink at a local nice jazz bar.
