Women can get on the the phone and happily chat for hours. With few exceptions, my time limit is usually about 30 minutes at which time I am looking for a way off. I have noticed women seem to be offended, as if I don't like them or don't want to talk to them ; Geez, what about the last hour? (30 min of happily talking & the 30 min of torture I endured ; doesn't that count for anything?)

I can talk with a few people on the phone for a long time, but I'm not much of a talker, so the person I'm "talking" to has to do most of it. My girlfriend and I are both kinda that way, so we don't talk on the phone hardly at all. We've had a few lengthy phone conversations, but nothing to call home about.

LOL I used to date someone who would talk on the phone for over an hour. I'll let you in on a secret, men: at least sometimes, the woman would prefer to end the conversation, too. How many times I was on the phone with him thinking, "oh, please, how do I end this call? I have to GO, but I'm too embarrassed to say so!"

I can talk to a few people for hours, but it's more because I'm bored or lonely than because I really want to talk. I'd rather talk for a half an hour or so to a guy who has something to say than endlessly chatter with someone who doesn't. I've had some good long conversations, but most of the time everything that can or should be said can be said with a shorter (and more comfortable) call.

You never really know about another person, if they may possibly mix well with you, or have so called chemistry, or be right for you, until you meet.

Then you might know the first minute, they aernt for you.

If they are for you, then the phone may be okay. For me, time is a bit valuable to be squandoring on the phone, if it aint going anywhere or right.
